How IMAGINE membership works

An IMAGINE membership gives you access to the community platform: member profiles and directory, the global map, Needs & Leads, Tribes and Inner Circles, private messaging, events on the Luma calendar, and the IMAGINE Assistant AI tool.

Membership is annual. You choose one of three packages at sign-up — Individual (£3,000/year), Corporate Personal (£5,000/year), or Corporate Invoice (£7,000/year).

Every new membership starts with a 30-day free trial. You add payment details up front so the account can start immediately, but no charge is taken until day 30.

You can cancel at any point during the trial from your account settings and you won't pay anything. If you do nothing, we auto-charge your selected package on day 30 and your membership continues for the year.

The Corporate Invoice package doesn't run on a trial — we send an invoice and activate the membership once payment lands.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are stored securely with Stripe — we never see or store them on our own systems.

Memberships renew automatically each year. You can cancel renewal any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and access ends at the end of the paid year.

Once a charge has been taken we don't offer refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances. If something's gone wrong, write to leaders@imagine.one and we'll sort it.

IMAGINE only works because members treat each other with respect. Don't spam, don't harass, don't post material that's hateful, misleading, or illegal, and don't use member data for anything the person hasn't opted into (no bulk outreach, no scraping, no add-to-your-CRM without asking).

We may suspend or remove any account that puts the community at risk.

We track connection-level activity for community analytics — things like "member A connected with member B on this date" or "this member posted a lead." We do not read, store, or expose the content of your private messages. Those stay between you and the person you're messaging.

Profile information you share (bio, role, sectors, location, aha moment) is used to power the IMAGINE Assistant matchmaking tool, so we can surface relevant members and needs to you and to other members.

We'll email members before making any material change and give you a reasonable window to review. If you'd rather not continue under the new terms, cancel any time — no penalty.
